Rapid Protection Plan, a Rapid Auto Club Inc. plan, has established this policy to protect your privacy. Please review this policy carefully.

Such information may include but not be limited to your name, telephone number, address, age, sex, marital status, credit card information, etc. (collectively "Personal Information"). Periodically, we may advise you of various programs or products which may be of interest from our company or one of our business partners. You may advise us at any time, in writing or by e-mail, of your wish not to continue to receive this information.

We also may collect, use and disclose information (other than Personal Information) such as statistical information that does not uniquely identify a particular client. Rapid Protection Plan does not knowingly solicit, collect or use Personal Information from children and our website is intended only for use by adults. 

If you discover any inaccuracy in your Personal Information or need to update such Information, please contact us. We will use reasonable business efforts to correct or update your Information. 

Exclusions
Rapid Protection Plan may utilize the services of outside vendors to perform certain services on our behalf such as processing credit card payments, providing customer services, communicating offers concerning additional services and products, etc. While these vendors are advised of our Privacy Policy and obligated to honor such policy, we are not responsible for the misuse of your Personal Information by such vendors. 

Our website may contain advertisements and links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices or privacy policies of any such linked sites and/or network providers. We recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of such parties before disclosing any Personal Information and we are not responsible for the misuse or disclosure of such Information by these third parties. 

Our company uses security measures to protect Personal Information provided to us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access or use by unauthorized persons. However, we cannot guarantee that our efforts will prevent misuse of such Information. Accordingly, we are not responsible for any damage that you or any other person may sustain as a result of a breach of confidentiality in connection with your access to our website or any Personal Information that you transmit to us. 

Binding Effect
By accessing our website, you agree and consent to be bound by all of the terms of our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify or change the Policy at any time and we will post such changes on our website. If you object to our Privacy Policy or any modification or change thereto, please communicate the same to us immediately, in writing or by e-mail and we will use reasonable business efforts to honor our prior Privacy Policy as to any data previously collected. Third Party Policy
Rapid Protection Plan allows third party mailers to send email offers on our behalf. Rapid Protection Plan will share and transfer personally identifiable information with third parties such as list management companies.
